This is a great 2/5 scale French Charleville flintlock musket complete with bayonet and scabbard. 15 1/16" long overall not including the bayonet, 21 1/2" long overall with the bayonet attached, 9 15/16" smoothbore barrel. Brass buttplate, pan, triggerguard, and front barrel band. The balance of the parts steel finished in the white. Sling swivels and white leather sling with brass buckle. The bayonet measures 7 1/8" long overall with a 6" blade. Black leather scabbard with brass tip and white leather frog. Saddle ring bar and saddle ring on the left side. This is an outstanding 1/2 scale Springfield Model 1873 "Officer's Model" trapdoor Springfield rifle.  The rifle was made by master miniature maker Mike Barrett, the final polish and action tuning was done by the late Terry Farrand, the checkering by master checker Jim Corpe, the engraving by master engraver Roger Sampson, the blue and casecolored finish by Doug Turnbull.  In speaking to Roger about this piece I found out there were only two ever made.  22 9/16" long overall with a 13" rifled .22 caliber barrel.  Rear tang sight.  A truely fine piece of workmanship by the finest artist in their respective crafts.

A great 1/3 scale Russian Mosin Nagant carbine made by Miniart in Russia. 13 3/16" long overall with a 7" barrel of .010 caliber.  Nice straight grain walnut stock with matching handguard.  The bolt and sling escutcheons are finished bright.  The balance of the steel parts handsomely polished and blued.  Flip up ladder type rear sight.  Functional drop floorplate.  Fully functional and beautifully made.
