This is a neat 1/2 scale Billinghurst under hammer target pistol, cased with accessories, by reknown miniature maker Ron DeWalt of Michigan.  The pistol measures 9" long overall with the false muzzle attached, 8 17/32 with it removed.  Brass frame marked DeWalt on the lower tang.  Blue octagon barrel, round false muzzle.  The false muzzle connecting to the barrel with four pins as is normal.  Walnut one piece grip.  Brass tube type sight that is adjustable for both windage and elevation.  The false mussle with a large knob sticking up and blocking the sight so the shooter wouldn't forget and leave the false muzzle attached when shooting.  Cased in the original DeWalt oak hinged top casing with slide button latch.  The interior lined in a burgundy felt, English fit.  Accessories include the detachable shoulder stock, the bullet starter, a cleaning rod, and a cap tin made by Larry Smith.

This is probably the best Larry Smith miniature Remington Elliot single shot derringer I have ever seen.  1 9/16" long overall with a 7/8" long barrel.  Nickel plated engraved frame, gold plated and engraved brass grips.  Gold plated hammer and trigger.  Hand engraved two line barrel address.  Complete with the original Larry Smith walnut push button latch, hinged top casing with a brass handled cleaning/ejector rod and 10 rounds of dummy ammunition.  The case interior lined in an olive green velour.   The bottom of the case marked "-L.H.-, Smith, RE-22", in three lines which is the maker's name, I don't know what the R stands for, the "E" is for engraved, and "22" is the serial number.  I couldn't find the serial number on the miniature, but under the grips on the frame there is a "JD" in a shield.  Maybe marked by Larry to the owner.

This is a neat 1/2 scale Remington Model 1866 Navy rolling block pistol.  I believe it to have been made by Tom Weston from the details of the case interior and interior lid label markings.  6 3/8" long overall with a 4 1/16" .22 caliber rifled barrel.  High polished blue finish with the exceptions of the hammer & breechblock which are casecolored, turning silver.  The left side of the receiver marked "REMINGTONS ILION N. Y. U.S.A., PAT. MAY 30 NOV 15TH 1864 APRIL 17TH 1862"  Checkered hammer and breechblock spurs.  Smooth straight grained walnut grip and forearm.  Spur trigger.  Complete with a nice mahogony casing, French fit with red leather lining.  There are 6 .22 short blanks included, one of which I fired!  There is a small sliver of wood missing on the upper right side of the forearm.
